Shipping policy

Delivery Area

We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only. We are unable to ship to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man at this time.

 

Delivery Method

Orders are delivered using our own delivery drivers.

 

Delivery Only, No Installation

Our service is delivery only. We do not offer installation, wall-mounting or set-up. Large items such as TVs and appliances are delivered but not installed or connected.

 

Dispatch and Delivery Times

Delivery takes 1-2 working days from the day your order is counted (see Order Cut-off Time below). Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Large appliances may require a scheduled delivery slot.

 

Order Cut-off Time

Our cut-off time is 2pm UK time. An order placed before 2pm on a Monday to Friday counts as that day's order. An order placed after 2pm on a Monday to Friday counts as the next working day's order. An order placed on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday counts as the next working day's order.

 

Delivery Charges

Delivery is free on all orders.
